I qualified as a Reflexologist in June 2006 and have since then been developing my skills and knowledge of holistic therapies and the

benefits they can bring to individuals. 

 

 

In 2012 I trained as a Relax Kids Coach and I run private classes and classes for schools and community groups. 

I am also a Reiki Practitioner, Certified Angel Card Reader and an  Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Organic Skin & Body Care.

I believe that in today's busy world it is essential that we all take time out to allow our bodies and minds to relax, allowing them to function as nature intended and experince optimum health & well being.
