About the event

I am inviting you to join me for 21 Days of consciously listening to Affirmations.  These are a series of Affirmations that have been the cornerstone of my health & well being journey for the past 15 Years. 

It is my belief and experience that all change begins with our thoughts and beliefs. If we truly want to create lasting compassion, loved based change in our lives, to cultivate a deeper relationship with our health and wellbeing then we need to nurture that relatsionship. 

Over the 21 days I hope to support you on that journey.  To bring you to a place of listening to what your body needs, of being guided by your own inner wisdom and to be confident in taking guided action to support your day to day wellness and long term health. 

What time is it at? 

You can listen at a time that suits you best.  You can also repeat numerous times throughout the day.

How do I take part? 

  • Once you are registered you will receive a link to Download a Free App(You may already have it) Contact me directly if you would like an alternative way to take part. 
  • I will ask you to share 3 Intentions that you have for taking part in the journey. 
  • I will ask you to reflect and share your experinence at the end of the 21 Days. 
  • Throughout the 21 Day's I will share additional resources that will support you.

** Please note this may not be suitable for you if you are in eating disorder recovery or have any deep Body Image related issues . Words can mean different things to different people, so you may find some of the affrimations are not aligned with where you are on your healing journey. If this is a concern please contact me and we can discuss.
