Italian - Me Treat October 2023

A 4 day mini retreat break for those with a busy lifestyle who would like to take a few days to relax, recharge and renew. 

Our location for this retreat is a beautiful family run spa hotel set in a small village in the mountains of northern Italy. The food is all freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients were possible.

During your retreat you will have full access to the beautiful peaceful Bio Spa which offers:

Joanne Callan the retreat facilitator has been a regular visitor to the hotel for many years and has been hosting Retreats since 2016 with many of particpants returning each year. 

The facilitated retreat sessions will be your oppourtunity to engage in relaxation practices, self reflection & personal development that you can also use at home. They will also be an opportunity to experience some of Joanne's well being coaching practices and her knowledge of holistic health that will support you on your well being journey.

What is Included:

1 x Opening Circle - 5.30pm - Day 1 

3 x nights Accomodation & Breakfast each morning. 

3 xEvening Meals. 

2 x Mid Morning Guided Relaxation & Well Being Sessions.

 2 x Early Evening Guided Relaxation & Well Being Sessions.

1 x Closing Circle - Finished by 5pm - Day 4

Even if travelling with a close friend or family member we do recommend Single Rooms as this allows everyone to have their own space to make the most of their time away.

Single Room -€790

Double Room (2 People ) - €605 Per Person

Non Refundable Deposit of € 300 per person to be paid before 31st August 2023.

To accomodate as many people as possible I would advise booking flights first, as this is the only price that is variable and will increase closer to the time.  Your place can be held if you provide confirmation of flights being booked. 

Your can then pay a €100 euro Non Refundable Deposit before 31st July 2023 and then remaining €200 Deposit by 31st August 2023 

Remaining Balance to be paid by 15th October 

Flights, Travel Insurance & Hotel Transfers are extra.

Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost of approx 20 Euro one way (depending on group size) or some people may wish to hire car.

Itinerary

The Itinerary has been designed to allow you to have lots of free time to simply be and enjoy this beautiful space and all it has to offer. Allowing your mind, body & spirit to relax & unwind. 

Flights

Suggested flights from Ireland are Ryanair from Dublin to Milan Bergamo - Previous participants have taken the early morning flight from Dublin on Monday and the late evening flight on the Thursday. 

Particpants may Travel from any Airport and Tranfers will be arranged closer to the time.
