About the event
Join us for this beautiful day that will nourish mind, body & soul.
We will begin at 10am and spend the morning conencting and setting intentions for the year ahead. (Please bring a resuable coffee/tea cup.
We will then have lunch (provided)
In the affternoon we will be joined by Suriya Prabha who will share the sacred art of henna witht he chance to receive a Henna tatoo, Suriya will then guide us to create our own dot mandala's. We will finish the afternoon with a beautiful sound bath with Sisters By The Sea.
