How to book an appointment with me & some FAQ's.

I am really grateful that you have found your way here and I hope I can help support your own health and well being or that of the family member you are concerned about or would like some advice on. Please read the information below as this will hopefully help to answer most of the questions you may have about how I can support.


As a Holistic Therapist I am passionate about educating, empowering & supporting people to be the healthiest that they can be by guiding them to take a holistic approach to their health & well being.


What does a holistic approach mean and why does it matter?


“Because you are more than a body, you are more than a mind and more than a soul.

You are a combination of all of the above.

You are also the product of your experiences and beliefs, and also the experiences and beliefs of your parents, ancestors & society. A holistic approach means that we look at all of the above and see your symptoms and the solutions as pieces of your own unique jigsaw."

With the exception of cancellations my Diary usually books up approx 4-6 weeks in Advance, however it is always worth checking as things do change and appointments can come available closer and sometimes divine timing is at play and the right appointment appears for the right person at the right time. My Diary opens for booking on the last week of each month for the following month.

  1. Booking Priority is given to those on Memberships Packages and existing clients with agreed treatment plans and those with vouchers.

  2. I then open for new clients from the 1st Week of the Month.


This process helps me to ensure that those who are doing regular: weekly/monthly sessions can continue their treatment plan and allows me to manage my capacity to see new clients.


My online booking system means that I can manage appointments efficiently without needing doing lots of extra admin which means more time to see clients and better work life balance. .


In order to be able to support my clients is essential that I support and look after myself the procedures above are a key part of allowing me to do that.


What appointment should I book? - You will find info on the various treatments I offer when you visit the booking system. Here are some guidelines that may help.


Acute Short Term Problems - those that have only been of concern for a few days/or a couple of weeks you can book a Free 15 Min - How Can I Help Phone Appointment. This is the best and most efficient way for me to get the information I need to see how I can best support. I am unable to offer support/advice via messages unless you are an existing client.



Longer Term Concerns - If you are unsure about what treatment or support you need.

please book an Introduction Well Being Coaching Session again this is the best and most efficient way for me to get the info I need in order to best support.


Children's Appointments - Before booking appointments for Children & Teenagers over 2yrs Old and under 16 please book a Parent Consultation, A Parent Consultation allows us to talk through any concerns you may have about your child's health and well being and we will then seen what will be the best way forward. It allows me the opportunity to get some back ground information, for us to form a connection and for the best course of action to be decided to support your child. In order for this to open and thorough the child doesn't attend. I have both an Online/Phone or in person option for this.



Cancellation Policy

Please mark the date of your Appointment on your calendar. I make every effort to remind clients of appointments by email five days days prior to the appointment, and again 24 hrs before Missed appointments will be charged at full cost. I understand that emergency situations arise and in these circumstances it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A strict 24hr (1 full business day) notice via voice mail or text to 0044 7549889993 or email to trythealternative@yahoo.ie are acceptable. Please don't reply to the automated reminder service as I don't receive them. Advance notice allows us to better accommodate my clients on the waiting list and means that a person in need of the appointment can avail of it.
