I believe that in today's busy world it is essential that we all take time out to allow our bodies and minds to relax, allowing them to function as nature intended and experience optimum health & well being. It is also vitally important that we educate, empower & support ourselves to know as much as we can about how to optimise our physical, mental and emotional well-being.
One of the key influences in my personal and professional life has been Louise Hay, her teachings have shaped how I view health & wellness and the approach I take in my own health along with how I support others.
Here are some of Louise’s Teaching’s that I have taken from a book she co – wrote “Loving Yourself To Great Health”
Life is really simple. What we give out, we get back. Every thought we think is creating our future.
It is only a thought and a thought can be changed. I believe this is true for your health, too.
We create every so – called illness in our body, and we have the power to change our thoughts and begin to dissolve it.
Releasing Resentment and negative thoughts will help dissolve even the most “incurable” health condition.
When you don’t know what else to do, focus on love. Loving yourself makes you feel good, and good health is really about feeling good.
When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works including our health.
For me health & well being is a jigsaw puzzle, that contains many different pieces, in both the problem and the solution. I have personal lived experience of healing miracles taking place and I will share them with you during a consultation and in our work together, they also appear in some of my blogs.
Whilst Louise’s teachings form a key part of my approach, I am also aware that there are exceptions to all rules/theories and beliefs. I will endeavour to support you in the best way possible from a Trauma informed and your own individual lived experience perspective.
