The Power of Laughter


不Laughter is a truly powerful medicine.不


I am hearing lots of stories of anxious little (and not so little) people.

We know it is an uncertain time and the best thing we can do for our emotional health is be in the moment.


Laughter Exercises are one of my favourite forms of active mindfulness, we incorporate laughter exercises into some of our Relax Kids classes and when I did my Laughter Yoga Training with The Sunshine Project I became very convinced of just how powerful laughter is.


As Suzanne Zeedyk says

I know it might sound nuts, but this will help: LAUGH AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. And try to help others do that too.
