What do you do when you are unable to talk?

💜We are all so familiar with the message that we need to reach out and talk and that message is so true, we do.


💜We also need to find a way of reaching people who aren’t able to talk or for who at this stage talking isn’t helping.


💜I was that person and I am so grateful that when I was at my rock bottom I had other things to try, things that I hoped might help. It took a while for me to embrace them fully when I needed them most but when I did everything changed. I hadn’t the energy to talk and what brought most relief was being wrapped in a blanket with gentle music and someone who held space for me for an hour, without needing me to talk whilst they did Reiki or Reflexology for me. This got me to a place where I was able to talk and Journey work became another piece of the jigsaw puzzle


💜Today I over heard a conversation between some people basically talking about various different health problems and the general jist was I have tried everything and nothing works.


💜I really wanted to say are you sure you have tried everything? I didn't want to interrupt the conversation but thought to myself how many people feel the same way, whether it is physical or emotional - Dis-ease that they are suffering with.
