10 Powerful Techniques for Raising Your Frequency and Overcoming Fear, Anxiety, and Sadness

I have been following Pam Gregory for a few years and enjoy her approach and teachings this week I was reminded of this video that she shared with the world earlier this year and I wanted to share it in my Blog.


Many people that I have been speaking to over the past few weeks are really struggling with all that is happening in the wider world and some of the challenges they have been facing in their own personal lives.

At the time of writing it is New Moon and November/December New Moons can be particularly difficult time for our energy levels as both sun and moon energy are at their lowest points. For those interested in Astrology we are also in Mercury Retrograde which can also be significant.


In this video Pam summarises many of the beliefs and practices I have cultivated and used over the past few years and they have been life changing and life enhancing for me in so many areas of my life. I hope they are helpful for you also.

10:11 Step 1: Recognize and Accept how you are feeling in the moment... Recognize the part you played & forgive yourself and the other person most importantly (send them Love). 

13:44 Step 2: Make a choice to be happy... Stay constantly conscious and flick back when your mind strays away; Surround yourself with positive people who make you feel better than they have found you (and vice versa) and celebrate them. 

18:58 Step 3: Start to live intentionally... Set your intentions/dreams/wishes in the present tense and step in the feeling of them already happening.

23:26 Step 4: Be altruistic with your intentions... act for the highest good of all involved.

On the opposite side, do not resist and fight "what is" (the unwanted persisting problem), create something so much better to make the "what is" irrelevant.


The video is full of so many priceless insights (from Pam herself and others she is quoting), so much wisdom and spirituality. I loved it when she said: “Your solidity (body) is an illusion” at 49:01 ... "All matter is energy that has slowed down enough, so we can see it and touch it" 49:32"
