Walking. I am listening to a deeper way. Suddenly all my ancestors are behind me. Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love of thousands.”
Linda Hogan
This has been my chair and backdrop for all the shows I have done on Destination Newry and any other video or podcasts interview I have done since our worlds changed in March.
Recently, it hit me at a deeper level just how much support they have given.
The last event I held in March was an ancestral healing day for international women’s day Bluebell Lane Glamping called The Women who shaped - us their wounds and their wisdom.
This chair was my Maternal Grandmother’s and the beautiful Lorsha piece that hangs behind is called Family Tree.
May the wisdom of the Ancestors both our own and of the land guide us every day.
