Do what you love

I am very blessed to spend my days doing something that I love. I am a huge believer in the saying “as we teach we learn” and as we support healing we are healed and so doing what I do allows me the perfect opportunity to remind myself of what I need to do for my own physical and emotional wellbeing. I mentioned to a friend that I was taking some constitutional homeopathy remedies and had a reiki appointment. They then asked me is everything ok? Thankfully I was able to respond “I am great” I truly believe that prevention is better than cure. I am very blessed to spend my days doing something that I love. I am a huge believer in the saying “as we teach we learn” and as we support healing we are healed and so doing what I do allows me the perfect opportunity to remind myself of what I need to to do for my own physical and emotional wellbeing. I am blessed to be surrounded by people that love and care for me, to be fit, healthy and able to do the things I love to do. Years ago I first heard of Louise Hay and I am grateful for the resilience, and the beliefs I have cultivated since then. I was able to share some of that journey with my clients and I was reminded of how much I had changed maybe not to anyone on the outside but for me on the inside. Many years ago when I was going through a very emotionally tough time I honestly couldn’t have imagined feeling the way I do now. There have many steps on the journey and many different things that have helped me along the way. If things are difficult for you at the moment know that it can and does get better and it is possible to feel, happier, more peaceful and content than you could ever imagine. It can be difficult but in my experience, it is so worth it. Thank you to all of my family, friends, clients and fellow holistic therapists who support and encourage me in many different ways. ❤️
