Food Prep and Love Yourself to Good Health



💚I find that if I do some food prep at the weekend that I am more likely to eat the food I want to eat during the week.

💚 I believe I would be right in saying that deep down most of us want to be the healthiest we can be. It would be crazy not to and yet often our subconscious mind convinces us that what we really want is food that doesn’t support that goal. It’s a bit crazy when you think about it.

💚My challenge to you this week is #LoveYourselfToGoodHealth

💚Eat & Move in a way that really supports your goal to be the healthiest you can.

💚Do something to allow your body to rest and recharge.

💚 Connect with what you really want and why you want it and everything else falls into place.

💚This is a vegetable cottage pie that will be super warming and nutritious for the week ahead.
