I hosted an event on the 8th March 2020 for International Women's Day we chatted briefly about the virus and what might happen, none of us could have anticipated just how precious that day was and how much our lives would change within a few short days.
I haven't written many Blogs in the past few months. I have lot's of exciting unfolding's happening behind the scenes and momentum is building with Changing Cycles (which was one of my Covid Project's) I wrote a lot in those early months of restrictions, set up my Morning Meditation Group (which I am delighted has continued each day since April 2020.) Today I felt that the significance of that time of profound change for all of us shouldn't go unacknowledged. I was inspired to share something and this piece below came to mind. It is as true today as it was in 2020 and it resonates with me at the deepest level and I believe that reconnection with Nature within us and around us is still the answer to much of what we are experiencing today.

“If you believe this virus is spread human to human, the antidote is building the immune system with eating plants & natural medicines and sitting in nature alone or with your immediate family, soaking up vitamin d & sunshine
If you believe that this virus is symptoms of 5G exposure, then the antidote is sitting in nature, connecting to Mother Earth, building your immunity with eating plants and natural medicines - submerge yourself in water & dirt
If you believe that this is all a hoax and you just need to sit back while Q saves us all, then the answer is sitting in nature, build a garden for the new earth, commune with God, eat plants & natural medicines that strengthen your connection and open your channel to the new earth frequency ~ ascend with her
If you believe the economy is collapsing, and authoritarian dictatorship is imminent, the most radical thing you can do in protest is build a garden, releasing dependency on the system
If you believe that Mother Earth is mad at us and purging the human race, the answer is go outside and listen, build a garden, align with her
The answer is always nature. Always.
We do not have to argue about the why. The antidote is obvious. Alignment with the mother, with our source of nurturance. Remembering everything we use and need comes from her. Give thanks. Humble. Slow down. Observe. Listen.”
We are going through a time of massive change on so many levels and we need to heal, individually and collectively. I invite you to be gentle with yourself, to go inward, to be the change you wish to see in the world and to see what we are experiencing now not as "a cost of living crisis" to see it as a "cost of greed crisis" There is more than enough in this world to meet everyone's need, not everyone's greed. The greed is at the highest level, and unless we call it for what it is and see it for what it is we will fail to respond in the way that will bring about change.
We are collectively exhausted, we need to rest, recharge and restore so that we can heal and create a new earth.
